What I Specialize In
As cosponsors between the Chamber of Commerce of Walker County and Bevill State Community College Leadership of Walker County program, I found Dr. Ennis to be a very bright and enthusiastic leader who does not back away from a challenge. By demonstrating leadership skills, she earned the respect of her peers, and as a representative of the business community, I found it very refreshing to know there are people like Dr. Ennis who demonstrate such qualities. This partnership has been one of the best decisions passed on by our Chamber's leadership. I strongly recommend you consider using her services. You will definitely be pleased.

President Chamber of Commerce of Walker County
Dr. Kim Ennis has been actively engaged in the development of the leadership team at Northwest Florida State College for the past two years. Her work with our President’s Leadership Academy included the sharing of personal and professional experiences that motivated our emerging leaders to look beyond their current circumstances to a desired role in the future. She has offered key insight into teamwork and personal introspection. Additionally, Dr. Ennis recently led interactive reflection sessions at our Annual Executive Leadership Retreat where she created the opportunity for leaders to openly assess their preferences and expectations in consideration of others with both similar and disparate backgrounds. I highly recommend Dr. Ennis as a facilitator for sessions targeted at professional/personal development and leadership growth.

I have had the privilege to work with Dr. Kim Ennis in multiple capacities. I am a graduate of the Leadership Walker County program. Dr. Ennis was one of the co-directors of this highly successful leadership program. Also, as President of the Walker County Arts Alliance, I have enjoyed the opportunity to partner with her in her previous role as President of Bevill State Community College. Dr. Ennis’ leadership experience, coupled with her insight into personalities, allows her to facilitate leadership training that can assist any group or organization in achieving higher levels of cohesion and effectiveness. Additionally, Dr. Ennis also did a Myers-Briggs assessment for me. Gaining this in-depth knowledge about my personality has served me well. It has allowed me to recognize my strengths and weaknesses and how these traits impact group dynamics and my work behavior. This has allowed me to improve greatly in my professional life.
