From working for several years in higher education, Dr. Ennis has acquired a variety of skills. Dr. Ennis’ areas of expertise include leadership, personality, and team building. She holds a MBTI certification from the Myers-Briggs Corporation. She is a certified trainer and consultant of The Maxwell DISC Method.

Dr. Kim Ennis has been actively engaged in the development of the leadership team at Northwest Florida State College for the past two years. Her work with our President’s Leadership Academy included the sharing of personal and professional experiences that motivated our emerging leaders to look beyond their current circumstances to a desired role in the future. I have had the privilege to work with Dr. Kim Ennis in multiple capacities. I am a graduate of the Leadership Walker County program. Dr. Ennis was one of the co-directors of this highly successful leadership program. Also, as President of the Walker County Arts Alliance, I have enjoyed the opportunity to partner with her in her previous role as President of Bevill State Community College. Dr. Ennis’ leadership experience, coupled with her insight into personalities, allows her to facilitate leadership training that can assist any group or organization in achieving higher levels of cohesion and effectiveness.
